How much does shipping cost?

1. Free : Metro areas in Australia for orders above $200 (i.e. capital cities and surrounding areas). Excludes Hobart and Darwin

2. $59.95 flat rate shipping for all non-metro areas*

3. $34.95 flat rate shipping charge for orders under $99*

Returns Information

Please inspect your goods within 48 hours of arrival to ensure there are no breakages and that the product matches your order, including the correct finish.

We cannot be liable for any costs incurred from pre-booked electricians. Please fully check your goods before scheduling an installer to avoid any issues.

Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted only if the item is unused, undamaged, unwired, and in a re-sellable condition in the original, unmarked packaging.
  • If items arrive back to us broken or damaged, a full refund is not guaranteed.
  • All our goods are guaranteed for at least one year from the date of purchase under normal usage. Some items, like exterior lighting, may have a longer guarantee period, which will be indicated on the product

How to Return Your Lighting Order

1.Notify Us: Inform us that you will be returning the item so we can notify the warehouse.

2.Return Options:

  • If the item is not faulty but unsuitable for your space, you can return it within 14 days of arrival.
  • Arrange your own delivery back to us. You will receive a full refund once the goods have arrived.
  • We will email you to confirm the return and process the refund.

My Item Has Arrived Damaged - How to Return?

In the unlikely event of damages or faults, please contact us directly at info@glamliving.com.au to arrange a replacement.

  • Faulty Items: We will typically arrange to collect the faulty item and deliver a replacement. Please note that replacements may need to be ordered from the supplier.
  • Broken Glass or Missing Components: These do not classify as faulty. Replacement parts will be sent instead.
  • Reporting Breakages: All breakages must be reported within 3-5 days of delivery.

What Happens if an Item is Out of Stock?

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately with the product status and expected time of arrival. You will have the option for an on-the-spot refund if you prefer not to wait.
