The websiteΒ Glam LivingΒ (theβ€œwebsite”) is owned and operated by SCA TECH PTY LTD (ABN 236 593 78873),trading as Glam Living (β€œwe”, β€œour”, β€œus”, or the β€œCompany”), located inMelbourne, Australia. The terms β€œYou” and β€œYour” refer to registered users,customers, resellers, associates, suppliers, or general public visitors to ourwebsite.

2. Agreement

By placing an order through our website, via email, or over the phone, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All orders and purchases made through this website or sales order forms are subject to these terms and conditions.

3. Availability of Products

We strive to fulfill your order. If we cannot supply a product you have ordered, we will notify you via phone or the contact details provided at checkout to amend, cancel, or put your order on backorder. If you choose backorder, we will arrange delivery once the product is available.

4. PricingΒ 

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax). We reserve the right to refuse or decline an order if the listed product contained incorrect information or pricing due to a data entry error. Should a product be purchased at an incorrect price, Glam Living reserves the right to terminate the agreement and correct product prices, issuing a refund immediately.

5. Images and Product Information

Product descriptions and specifications are intended to help customers understand the product. However, some descriptions may contain technical or typographical errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy of product information. Product images may vary slightly from the actual product due to various factors, including lighting conditions and screen resolutions.

6. Inaccuracy Disclaimer

Occasionally, there may be information on our website or in our catalogue that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Errors will be corrected as they are discovered, and Glam Living reserves the right to revoke any offer, correct any error, omission, or inaccuracy at any time, including after an order has been placed.

7. OrdersΒ 

All orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Glam Living. After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with all relevant details, including your order number and invoice. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you via phone or email.

8. Payment

Glam Living accepts credit or debit card, PayPal, and Direct Deposit Payments. The payable amount will be specified in the order form. Payment for orders will be processed immediately upon confirmation, including for pre-sale products. Full payment is required before any products can be dispatched.

9. How much does shipping cost

1. Free : Metro areas in Australia for orders above $200 (i.e. capital cities and surrounding areas). Excludes Hobart and Darwin

2. $59.95 flat rate shipping for all non-metro areas*

3. $34.95 flat rate shipping charge for orders under $99*

10. Risk and Title

Glam Living retains title to the products until full payment is made. Title and risk pass to you upon delivery. If Glam Living holds goods for customers, it will do so for a maximum of 3 months. After this period, if delivery is not confirmed, title reverts to Glam Living without refund.

11. Returns and Refunds

Glam Living offers a full refund (excluding outbound shipping costs) or exchange for change of mind purchases within 30 days with proof of purchase. Faulty or damaged goods will be refunded, replaced, or exchanged in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Claims for damage must be made within 7 days of receipt. Products must be in original, resalable condition. Custom orders are non-refundable.

13. Warranty

The products available on our website are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If your lights exhibit damage or faults within the warranty period, please contact us at info@Glamliving.com.au to obtain the manufacturer’s details. We do not offer any additional warranty beyond what is required under the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010(Australian Consumer Law).

The replacement warranty only covers the product itself and does not include any additional charges, such as those from electrical contractors. If an issue arises with your light after installation, Glam Living will provide the necessary replacement parts, but labour and equipment costs are not included. Please note that some parts may have a lead-time for replacement.

The warranty becomes void if any part of the luminaire is modified. Glam Living does not provide a warranty for light bulbs. Product
warranties are valid only within Australia and do not apply to international orders. Warranties commence from the date of purchase as stated on the invoice.Please keep your tax invoice as proof of purchase. If needed, you can request another copy by contacting our customer service team via email, including your name and order number. In some cases, manufacturers require their products to be installed by qualified electricians, so it is advisable to keep the invoice from your electrician for warranty claims.

For items that are β€œDamaged in Transit,” β€œDead on Arrival,” or β€œMissing From Your Order,” you must contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt. These items will be replaced as soon as the necessary procedures are completed. Physical damage, abuse, misuse, unauthorized repair, or tampering with a product may prevent it from being accepted as a fault under warranty.

14. Liability and Indemnity

Glam Living is not liable for any losses, damages, claims, or expenses arising from the use of our site or products. You agree to indemnify Glam Living and its employees from any third-party claims arising from your use of the website.

15. Replica Lighting Disclaimer

Glam Living replica products are not manufactured, approved, or endorsed by the original designers or manufacturers. They are copies and not originals.

17. Legal Capacity

By purchasing a product, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age and capable of making a legally binding contract. Glam Living reserves the right to seek compensation for losses incurred from transactions made by minors.
